*The key chain was rusted.
*The dice were chipped.
*The pen did not work.
*The watch looked better in the box.
*The cards were horrible.

Basically everything looked used! I had to give it as a gift anyways- due to time and travel.
Not worth your money. It seemed like a great price and gift set- but in the end the box
was the only nice thing.

Watch is crappy quality, the pen is useless, the card deck is crap. The dices are plastic and so is the keychain and they look and feel cheap!

I've stuck to Casic digitals all of my life. There's something about the display & case that I prefer, not sure exactly what it is. The display on this one is great, My job requires me to record what time I am doing things, and the quality display on this one makes that easy. I do different things at work based on the day of week, and having the day spelled out in big letters on the top makes sure I get things right.

The resin strap on this watch, as with most Casios, is the only problem. It's comfortable, but expect it to fail within a year or two. One side of mine completely snapped in half. I am currently looking for an inexpensive velcro strap for it. Any suggestions?

If you want a CHEAP watch that does NOT LOOK CHEAP, this is the one. It currently sells for under , yet people have commented that it looks like it should sell for -.

It's so inexpensive, it might be cheaper just to buy the whole watch, instead of a replacement band.

This is the 2nd one of these I have owned. It is inexpensive,very reliable,easy to set and program, and its five alarms are loud enough to wake you up (alarms on some of the newer models obviously are intended only to alert you to something during the day)and now comes with a 10 year battery. For the money I don't think you can do better.

This is a nice digital watch. It's quite light, not bulky like many inexpensive digital watches seem to be. Has 5 alarms, a countdown timer. The way it shows the time, date (including year) and day of the week on the main display is very nice. You don't have to be pushing through all kinds of buttons just to see what the date is.

I've had this watch for seven years and it still works just fine and I haven't had to change the battery yet. I use this watch when I go for a run or just hang out with friends, it feels comfortable and it is light weight. This watch has alarm, stopwatch and can hold up to 30 phone numbers and lets you type the name of the person too. This watch looks good and has a smooth finish. Has a green light and you can have it set to 24 hr or 12 hr setting. I am surprised that it is not expensive. It is not large or small, it's just the right size for anyone with a thin wrist. Classic watch and looks great.

When the clock came it function well but 2 days later one of the small hands came down, Know i have to take it to a Watch mecanic and pay for that because in first i buy the clock and it never came they put the charge then when i claim that i never recieve the watch then they resend another watch and now look what happen. I live in Panama in Central America that is the reason that i dont send it back, it would be more expensive that see if here someone can repair it.

The truth about Citizen Chronographs - JRH - Maryland United States
Let's get the basics out of the way. Once set (no simple procedure), the watch keeps excellent time. I assume that if you are considering this watch, you think it looks great. I agree, it does look great. The problem is, this watch is sold as a chronograph with perpetual calendar. It has two side buttons that you might think perform chronograph functions. You know, starting and stopping the sweep second hand in a simple manner. Well, you would be wrong. By the time you get this watch into chronograph mode, whatever you are trying to time is probably gone. Setting the watch to the proper time and date is a hoot. Definitely have your instruction booklet and reading glasses handy. Hopefully, you will not have to do a zero reset. If you do, then it's a lot more fun. To be fair, don't despair. You can do it. I did, and lived through the task with only a few deleted expletives along the way. Once the watch is set, you should be set for a long time. UNLESS, you decide to go on a trip to a different time zone and cross the dateline. Then you can have the fun all over again - twice. There is the local time LTM feature that permits your home-town time to be retained while the hands display the time where you are travelling.

Would I recommend this watch? Yes. Do I like mine? Yes, now that it has been through the zero reset game. As long as you are informed in advance, I feel that the Citizen Chronograph is a nice watch, which never needs a battery. Make sure that it is fully charged going into winter, or you will definitely play "Zero-Reset". A day in the sun is enough. If you buy the watch in the spring or summer, you will have no problem. Ordinary wear without long sleeves will suffice to charge the battery and get you through to next spring.

Citizen needs to rethink the setting procedure of this watch and the use of the two buttons for chronograph operation. By the way, these comments apply to all of the Citizens chronographs except the flight series.

I bought this watch to gift it to my brother.
We actually wanted a watch with black dial. This watch looks black in the picture
but when it arrived, we saw its not actually black.
Its marine bluish and its fluroscent.

But we liked the new color also. Very nice watch and its great for the price as
other Citizen ecodrives are way more expensive than this one.
